Once you have placed your order, we aim to lovingly hand make it within 5-10 working days. It will then take another 2-3 working days for you to receive your order once it has been shipped.

Every single item is handmade to order so please bear in mind during busy periods such as holidays we may take slightly longer. If your order is urgent then please get in contact with us hello@pippyclementine.com and we will always try our best to accomodate you.

UK Mainland Postage

• All orders over £40 qualify for free delivery
• Postage for all items is £2.95 no matter how big your order. This is a standard non tracked delivery and will take approx 2-3 working days to arrive with you.
• Signed for recorded delivery is £4.95, this will allow you to track your parcel but please do note that you will need to be at home to sign for your parcel.
